Flickr is OK. I think it could be better. Using clusters and other tactics to find certain types of photos was not helpful. I think Flickr works well for a person who is browsing but not so well for a person looking for something specific. Why, you may ask? Because the tags used by people are wholly subjective.

I love this photo. It's perfectly cropped, the B&W tone adds to the drama and the dancing in the water emphases the movement of the dancers feet by producing a tangible effect.
